Are you the person who keeps the floor running and knows their way around an ecommerce dashboard? We're growing, and we're looking for a Store / E-Commerce Lead to own the bridge between our two Spokane-area shops and our online marketplaces.

• 1+ years of retail, customer service, or e-commerce experience (leadership or keyholder experience a plus)

• Comfortable with computers and willing to learn Various Marketplaces — prior e-commerce, or POS experience is a strong plus

• Organized, dependable, and able to switch between helping a customer and updating a product listing without missing a beat

• Clear communicator who's warm with customers and steady with teammates

• Available to work some evenings and weekends across both locations

• Reliable transportation; able to stand for a shift and lift/move general retail merchandise (up to ~40 lbs)

• What you'll do

  On the floor

  • Open, close, and keep both the sales floor and back stock running smoothly

  • Greet and help shoppers, explain how the price-drop model works, and walk them through the Cheaper Calculator

  • Lead and support associates during your shifts — set the pace, jump in, and keep standards high

  • Receive, tag, merchandise, and rotate new product (new items hit the shelf daily and start dropping the moment they land)

  • Handle register operations, returns, and Product SHIELD questions

  Online

  • Keep the Marketplaces accurate — listings, pricing, inventory, and product photos

  • Add new products, write clean product descriptions, and keep imagery showing the real store and real deals

  • Coordinate online orders, fulfillment, and customer questions across email and the site

  • Support Insider Rewards and basic promotions, and flag what's selling (and what's stalling)

  • Partner with the owner on marketing, content, and improving how the price-drop mechanic shows up online
