Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations. • High school diploma or GED required

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Greet customers promptly and provide a welcoming, helpful shopping experience

• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and completing purchases

• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory tasks, including moving and organizing products

• Support promotional events and sales initiatives

• Work collaboratively with team members and management to support daily operations

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

• Lift, move, and organize merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs as needed

• Bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks regularly
